Before delving into the numerous fabrications and distortions created by Frank Faluotico, there is this little matter of a certain conversation he had with one Katrina Lasko, who was Chief Clerk of Ulster County Family Court. At their own admission, both Faluotico and Ms Lasko had been very dear friends for quite some time. Heard on FOIL obtained recordings of both during business hours, the following document was delivered to one who sought justice agaisnt the whispering and backroom deal making that was proven occured.
