Note the names on this next document, which have been circled.
Also please note that one of the names on the document belongs to Frank Faluotico's sister,
Maryann, and she is listed as a contact person.
Hang on ... it will soon be clear what this all means.

In this next document, which is a court witness list, please note that one of the witnesses listed is none other than Judge Karen Peters- ex live in paramour of Frank Faluotico and dear friend and neighbor of Sara Maliha, who was the litigant in a custody dispute.
Judge Peters, recall, sits on the Appellate bench of NYS and as such, would be privy to the appeal heard by that court regarding Sara Maliha's former husband, Doctor William Maliha's, Family Court Custody Appeal.
Doctor Maliha's Appeal Was Denied
Note the appearance of the name Covello, yet again.
Who are the Covellos?
Neighbors and friends of Sara Maliha and Judge Karen Peters.
Hmmm.....
Now note the name of Ina Liffman.
Who is Ina Liffman?
A close friend to all of the above and neighbors.
Double hmmm.... and it thickens from here...
Ina Liffman is the woman who called Frank Faluotico when he was still a simple Sheriff working in The Ulster County Sheriff's Office, and before being named Undersheriff.
Why was he called?
You can decide for yourself, after reading on....

Below, another document showing yet another witness list, provided to the court by Sara Maliha.
Recognize any familiar names? Frank Faluotico is listed as a neighbor of Sara Maliha's... along with names already listed in previous document
